Under the supervision of the Ministry of Justice, LBR is responsible for the management and development of:

  • the Beneficial Owners Register (RBE),
  • the "Recueil électronique des sociétés et associations" (RESA),
  • the Register of Insolvency (REGINSOL).

Project Manager

As part of its strong growth and the diversification of its services, LBR is seeking to strengthen its Projets & Développement department by recruiting a Project manager.

Reporting to the Head of Projets & Développement, the project manager is responsible for planning, managing and coordinating projects related to the implementation of large-scale solutions within LBR.
The role ensures proper definition of requirements, compliance with deadlines and consistency of deliverables, while maintaining effective communication between all internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to plan and organise projects, including the establishment of a detailed schedule with milestones and deliverables.
  • Ability to organise and plan project teams (analysts, developers, testers, etc.).
  • Ensure effective communication between the various internal and external stakeholders involved in the projects.
  • Ability to monitor project progress and adjust resources in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
  • Project monitoring and management.
  • Ability to propose appropriate human and technical resources.
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines, budget and quality of deliverables.
  • Monitoring and reporting.
  • Ensure regular monitoring, measurement and communication of project progress to the Head of Projects & Développement.

  • Has at least 3 to 7 years of solid professional experience in operational project management, ideally in an IT-oriented environment.

Validation Advisor

As part of its strong growth and the diversification of its services, LBR is seeking to strengthen its Validation department by recruiting a Validation advisor.

Responsibilities

The Service Validation is responsible for carrying out the controls performed by the manager of the RCS and the RBE, in order to ensure that the collected data is consistent and of high quality. The position involves in particular:

  • Reviewing filing or declaration requests submitted to the RCS and the RBE in order to verify their compliance with the applicable legal provisions.
  • Analysing submitted files and, where applicable, handling situations requiring in-depth analysis, in compliance with internal procedures.
  • Drafting clear and structured regularisation requests addressed to clients/users.
  • Ensuring the follow-up of files until their final processing.
  • Issuing certificates and extracts (certificates of trade name, extracts, various attestations, etc.).
  • Contributing to the quality and harmonisation of the practices of the Service Validation.

Required qualifications and skills

To fulfil this role, we are looking for a candidate who:

  • Holds a Bac +2 or Bac +3 level qualification, or has significant relevant professional experience. The knowledge of company law, will be considered an advantage.
  • Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in the performance of duties.
  • Is able to analyse the documents submitted.
  • Has very strong written communication skills.
  • Is able to adapt to developments in the role of validation advisor (legislative changes and updates to LBR applications).
  • Is proficient in French and has knowledge of German and English. Knowledge of any additional language will be considered an advantage.

Multilingual Customer Advisor

As part of its strong growth and the diversification of its services, LBR is seeking to strengthen its Helpdesk department by recruiting a Multilingual customer advisor.

As the first point of contact and an ambassador for LBR, you will be responsible for assisting users by answering calls, responding to their questions or redirecting calls relating to more complex matters to the appropriate contact.

Responsibilities

Following a training period, the main duties of the position will include:

  • Answering calls from users and handling their requests with accuracy and diplomacy, in accordance with the applicable internal procedures.
  • Explaining the administrative procedures carried out with LBR to users and, where necessary, assisting them in completing the required formalities.
  • Drafting and processing emails in several languages, while ensuring clear, professional and consistent communication in line with quality standards and adapted to each interlocutor.
  • Contributing to the improvement of data quality in the registers managed by LBR by providing the necessary explanations to enable users to correctly complete their administrative procedures and formalities.
  • Providing users with detailed information on the procedures applicable at LBR’s physical assistance desk (required documents and the appropriate submission format), as well as on appointment booking.

Required qualifications and skills

To fulfil this role, we are looking for a candidate who:

  • Holds a technical, commercial or administrative qualification, with at least 3 years of professional experience.
  • Has an excellent command, both written and spoken, of French, Luxembourgish, German and English.
  • Demonstrates strong listening skills and remains calm and professional, including in challenging client situations.
  • Enjoys working as part of a team and is client-focused.

Test Automation Engineer

As part of its strong growth and the diversification of its services, LBR is seeking to strengthen its Projets & Développement department by recruiting a Test automation engineer.

Reporting to the Head of Projets & Développement, the test automation engineer plays a key role in ensuring the quality of the IT solutions developed and the automated processes used within LBR.

Responsibilities

Test automation and execution

  • Defining, developing and maintaining automated tests.
  • Monitoring and stabilising automated test series during releases.
  • Designing test scripts and documenting all activities carried out.
  • Analysing results, tracking anomalies and contributing to quality reporting.

Management of test plans and test scenarios

  • Defining test plans in collaboration with the manager.
  • Developing test scenarios in order to validate system performances.
  • Collaborating with the project team to review and optimise scripts and scenarios.

Support for manual testing

  • Contributing to the preparation and execution of manual tests during new developments.
  • Documenting test cases in a structured manner and archiving documentation in the designated areas.
  • Additional activities or projects may be assigned depending on the needs of the department.

Required qualifications and skills

To fulfil this role, we are seeking a candidate who:

  • Holds a university degree (Master’s level) in IT, engineering or a related field.
  • Has at least 2 to 3 years of solid professional experience in IT project management.

IT Advisor

As part of its strong growth and the diversification of its services, LBR is seeking to strengthen its Projets & Développement department by recruiting an IT Advisor.

Reporting to the Head of Projets & Développement, the IT advisor acts as the main point of contact for technical and commercial requests relating to access to LBR applications, including the intranet as well as internal and external web services.

Responsibilities

Access management

  • Receiving and analysing requests submitted by the Helpdesk or partners (API access, public administrations, etc.).
  • Verifying the completeness of the required documentation (requirements forms, supporting documents, etc.).
  • Recording, monitoring and ensuring the traceability of requests within JIRA.
  • Managing and validating internal application access for internal and external users.

Technical and commercial support

  • Presenting LBR products and services to public and private users.
  • Supporting clients in understanding and using the services.
  • Participating in production deployment and post-deployment follow-up.
  • Supporting the development of the user portfolio without direct commercial prospecting activities (promotion of existing services).

Internal coordination and collaboration

  • Working closely with the IT Manager and technical teams (may act as a local contact point and relay for any questions and implementation matters involving the CTIE and/or other IT service providers).
  • Presenting client requirements to the internal committee for the validation of new collaborations.

Monitoring and reporting

  • Maintaining rigorous monitoring of actions within JIRA.
  • Structuring and coordinating procedures with public administrations and partners.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of access processes and user support services.

Promotion of web services

  • Raising awareness among public and private users regarding the benefits of web services.
  • Supporting their integration into business processes.
  • Developing and updating communication materials to encourage their use.

Required qualifications and skills

To fulfil this role, we are seeking a candidate who:

  • Holds a university degree (Bac +3 / Bachelor’s degree / Licence) in IT, business or a similar field.
  • Has solid professional experience in a similar role (technical sales, technical support or technical customer relations).
  • Is proficient in French and English. Knowledge of Luxembourgish would constitute a significant asset.
  • Has a sound understanding of APIs and application access management.

Functional IT Analyst

As part of its strong growth and the diversification of its services, LBR is implementing an ambitious strategy for the reorganisation and development of its activities, which will extend over several years. To support this strategy, LBR wishes to strengthen its current teams through the recruitment of a Functional IT analyst.

Acting as the key contact responsible for translating business projects in their entirety, the analyst will work closely with internal and external users in order to successfully support LBR’s development objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the understanding and definition of functional and technical requirements, and formalise them.
  • Formalise new procedures.
  • Draft functional analysis documents (Use Cases) and impact analyses relating to existing systems.
  • Provide functional support to the LBR testing team and development team.
  • Draft user guides for the developed applications and, where applicable, validate guides prepared by other collaborators.
  • Maintain and update the various Use Cases in line with system developments, as well as all production documentation (user guides, configuration files, brochures).

Required qualifications and skills

To fulfil this role, we are looking for a candidate who:

  • Holds a university degree (Bac +5 / Master’s degree) in IT or engineering sciences.
  • Has 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Has an excellent command of French and English.
  • Has a good knowledge of BPMN, the Aris tool (Software AG) and the PROMETA framework.
  • Has strong analytical and synthesis skills and enjoys drafting documentation.
  • Demonstrates autonomy, adaptability, organisational skills, proactivity and strong communication abilities.
  • Is motivated to support a company undergoing transformation as part of its change projects, in collaboration with various stakeholders (business teams, testing teams).
