My invoices and receipts

This functionality allows the user to access their customer space where they can find their order forms and payment receipts relating to their orders.

On this page, the user will find a list of orders placed in the last 20 days. All orders placed in the last 6 months can be found here by filtering the relevant period.

By selecting an order, the user can consult the corresponding order form if the order has not yet been fully processed, or the payment receipt if the order has been fully processed.

The user also has access to four types of filters enabling them to sort their orders according to the following criteria:

• Order number
• My order reference
• Date of the order
• Status of orders
