2) Ordering documents - Authentication – how to connect?

As part of the procedure allowing the user to order extracts and/or certificates, authentication on the LBR website can be done either through authentication by anonymous connection or by authentication by certificate.

Authentication is mandatory to access these secured services.

Depending on the desired service, the user can select either:

  • Authentication by anonymous connection.
  • Authentication by LuxTrust certificate.
  • Authentication via the GouvID application.
  • Authentication by eIDAS electronic certificate.

Authentication by anonymous connection

An authentication by anonymous connection is a technical connection that ensures that the user connecting is a natural person. It therefore limits access to consultation to automated robots.

An authentication by anonymous connection allows the user to:

  • Order an extract relating to an entity registered with the RCS and RBE.
  • Order a certificate of the non-existence of a court ruling.
  • Consult the list of filings.
  • Order a certificate of conformity for RCS filings and RESA publications.

This authentication also allows the user to access their Personal cart containing their various orders.

For an authentication by anonymous connection, the documents ordered will be made available in a temporary space, the details of which will be communicated to the user by email to the address that has been listed when the order was placed.

Authentication by certificate

An authentication by certificate has to be done by means of:

  • Either by using a LuxTrust product, in its various forms (smartcard, signing stick, etc.).
  • Or by using the GouvID application.
  • Or by using an eIDAS electronic certificate, offering at least a substantial level of security.

An authentication by certificate allows the user to:

  • Order an extract relating to an entity registered with the RCS and RBE.
  • Order a certificate of the non-existence of a court ruling.
  • Consult the list of filings.
  • Order a certificate of conformity for RCS filings and RESA publications.
  • Subscribe (monitoring) to a company.
  • Consult the list of beneficial owners (under certain conditions).
  • Access filing (RCS) and declaration (RBE) formalities.
  • Benefit from the various functionalities available within a personalised user account.

This authentication also allows the user to access their Personal cart containing their various orders.

But also to access their personalised user account via the My Account menu.
Via their personal account, the user benefits from the following functionalities:

  • My requests to be finalised
  • Tracking my requests
  • My invoices and receipts
  • My subscriptions
  • My details and settings
