Easily consult the RCS / RBE files as well as RESA and REGINSOL
The service Consult allows the user to search for and consult the RCS / RBE file of a registered entity and to consult the public data entered in the "Recueil Électronique des Sociétés et Associations" (RESA) and the Register of Insolvency (REGINSOL).
This service also allows the user to
- Consult statistics
- Consult the list of FIAR
- Consult the applicable legislation in force, the circulars published by LBR and case law
The modalities for the consultation are as follows:
1. The user has to select the thematic area (type) of consultation that they wish to access, according to their needs.
2. Depending on the type of consultation selected, the user is invited to:
a) Search for an entity registered using the search functionality.
b) Select the information for which the user wishes to access the consultation, according to their needs.
In the context of the consultation of a file of a registered entity, the user has the possibility of ordering secured services, such as for example the ordering of certificates and/or extracts or the monitoring of an entity. However, the ordering of secured services is subject to prior authentication of the user as well as the payment of administrative fees.
3. Add the order of secured services to the cart (if applicable).
4. Validation of the cart and payment authorization (if applicable).
5. Tracking of the processing of the order by LBR via the My Account menu.
Main steps in the consultation procedure
The functionality of searching or selecting
- Some categories (types) of consultation are based on a search functionality made available to the user. The user can carry out searches by entering different criteria adapted to their needs.
- The other categories (types) of consultation offer predefined lists enabling the user to select the document they wish to consult.
User authentication - Ordering secured services
The consultation of certain information in an entity's RCS/RBE file, as well as the ordering of secured services, depending on the type of service/documentrequested, requires mandatory authentication of the user on the LBR website by means of:
- Either an anonymous connection
- Or a product issued by LuxTrust
- Or by using the GouvID application
- Or by an eIDAS electronic certificate
Validation of order for secured services (if applicable)
Only after finalising and validating the order and paying the administrative fees is the order for secured services actually transmitted to LBR, which will proceed with its administrative processing.
Notifications are automatically sent by email to the user:
- To confirm receipt of their order by LBR.
- To confirm the processing of their order by LBR.
If the user does not wish to receive these notifications, they can deactivate them in the menu My Account - My details and settings.
Authentication by certificate is mandatory to benefit from this functionality.
Tracking of the processing of orders for secured services
Some services provided by LBR on its website request a certain amount of processing time. Ordering secured services is one of them.
With an Authentication by Anonymous Connection, the documents ordered will be made available in a temporary space, the details of which will be communicated to the user by email to the address that was listed when the order was placed.
With an Authentication by Certificate, the documents ordered will be accessible and downloadable in the Tracking my requests section available in the customer space accessible via the My Account menu, which offers the user the possibility of consulting the list of active orders at any time and having an overview of all the orders placed with the LBR.
From the My Account menu, the functionality My invoices and receipts allows the user to download a receipt for the corresponding payments for orders that have been fully executed.
