FIAR - Consultation: Things to know

In the pop-up window displaying the consultation categories, the user is invited to click on the tile List of FIAR which allows the user to access the consultation of the list of reserved alternative investment funds (FIAR) held by the RCS.

By selecting to consult the list of FIAR, the user accesses the page where they can download the list of FIAR maintained by the RCS.

To do this, the user simply clicks on the download icon to initiate the download of the list.

The list of FIAR comprises the following information:

• RCS number identifying the name of the FIAR as held by the RCS
• Name of the FIAR as held by the RCS
• Address of the FIAR as held by the RCS
• Name of the management company responsible for managing the FIAR
• Date of establishment of the FIAR
• Date of the registered letter requesting registration on the FIAR list
