In the pop-up window displaying the consultation categories, the user is invited to click on the tile Legislative documents to access the consultation

• Of the applicable legislation and regulations in force
• Of the circulars published by LBR
• Of the case law concerning LBR

By selecting to consult the legislative documents, the user accesses the page allowing them to search the list of available legislative documents.

The user can refine their search criteria using the following functionalities:

Type of document

The user can refine their search by selecting one of the following search criteria:

• Circulars published by LBR
• Case law
• Legislation

Type of register

The user can also refine their search by selecting one of the following search criteria:

• Recueil électronique des sociétés et associations (RESA)
• Trade and Company Register (RCS)
• Register of insolvency (REGINSOL)
• Beneficial Owners Register (RBE)

All legislative documents related to the search criteria are displayed on the page according to the search criteria selected by the user.
