Authentication by certificate process – how to connect?

To complete an administrative procedure, the user's authentication on the LBR website must be carried out using one of the following methods:

• Either a product issued by LuxTrust, in their various forms (smartcard, signing stick, etc.).
• Or by using the GouvID application.
• Or by an eIDAS electronic certificate, offering at least a substantial level of security.

To make a registration request, the user has to choose either a:

• Authentication by LuxTrust certificate.
• Authentication via the GouvID application.
• Authentication by eIDAS electronic certificate.

Authentication by certificate

This type of connection is necessary to:

• Make a registration request or administrative procedure with the RCS.
• Make a declaration of beneficial owners with the RBE.

An authentication by certificate allows the user to use any other procedure and service available on the website.

An authentication by certificate allows the user to access their Personal cart containing their various requests.

But also to access their personalised user account via the My Account menu. Via their personal account, the user benefits from the following functionalities:

• My requests to be finalised
• Tracking my requests
• My invoices and receipts
• My subscriptions
• My details and settings

An authentication by certificate also allows the user to use the subscription functionality (monitoring of a company).
