This procedure covers services that do not require a requisition form for information that must be registered with the RCS under the law of 2002.
To access the filing formalities, the user must first authenticate themselves, either by means of a product issued by Luxtrust S.A. or a Luxembourg eID card, or by means of an eIDAS electronic certificate offering at least a substantial level of assurance.
